- A property owner who establishes a tow-away zone must post signs at the location of the tow-away zone on their property.
- Private Property Rules
- Property owners may establish tow-away zones. Prior to removing a vehicle, the towing company must take photographs, video, or other visual documentation of any vehicle damage, debris, or damaged cargo. Towing regulations are largely handled at the local (county) level.
