Private Property Rules

A vehicle is deemed trespassing if parked without permission on private property that is not typically made available for public parking. Law enforcement may contact a private towing service to remove an abandoned or trespassing vehicle from private property upon the property owner's request. In Omaha, it is unlawful to tow a vehicle from private property without following Municipal Code §20-163.
