Signs must be at least 18x24 inches, visible from all entrances, and include: (a) a statement that the property is a tow-away zone, (b) a description of persons authorized to park, (c) the telephone number of the tow company, and (d) a statement that vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.

Property owner must post compliant signs to establish a private tow-away zone. Residential property signs can state only tenants and guests may park. Commercial property signs can state only customers and employees may park.
