🪧Signage Requirements
For commercial property, notice must be posted in a conspicuous place on the borders of the property near each entrance prohibiting parking. Some municipalities require signs of at least 6 square feet, clearly visible and legible, containing a towing warning, phone number, and address for vehicle release.
🏢Private Property Rules
It is unlawful to park a vehicle on private property of another without the owner's consent. A vehicle found on private property may be towed and stored at the expense of the registered owner. Proof of posted signage is considered conclusive notice against the person.
